2. No RCIC–Client Relationship
Your use of the Website, chatbot, downloadable resources, or any communications with VGIS through the Website—whether by contact form, email, or otherwise—does not create a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)–client, solicitor‑client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship unless and until you have executed a written retainer agreement with VGIS and paid all required fees.
