In this Legal Disclaimer:
Nothing on the Site, in our AI tools, in blog posts, newsletters, social media, WhatsApp messages, email replies, or free lead-form responses creates a consultant–client relationship between you and VG Immigration Services Inc. or between you and Dimple Verma, RCIC-IRB.
A formal consultant–client relationship is established only after all of the following have occurred:
Until all five steps are complete, any information exchanged is preliminary, non-binding, and does not constitute legal or immigration advice. We reserve the right to decline representation at our sole discretion.
VG Immigration Services Inc. is a professional immigration consulting firm authorized to provide Canadian immigration advice and representation through Dimple Verma, RCIC-IRB, licence number R708308, a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
You may verify Dimple Verma’s licence status on the CICC Public Register at any time. All immigration advice, submissions, and representation are provided under Dimple Verma’s professional supervision and CICC oversight.
Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, it is a federal offence to provide immigration advice or representation for a fee unless you are one of the following authorized representatives:
Penalties for unauthorized practice under IRPA s.91(9): up to CAD $200,000 and/or two years’ imprisonment on indictment, or up to CAD $40,000 and/or six months’ imprisonment on summary conviction. See IRCC’s Find out if a representative is authorized guidance.
If someone offers you Canadian immigration services for a fee and is not one of the three categories above, they are practising illegally. Report unauthorized practitioners to the CICC’s Investigations and Complaints Resolution Office (see Section 5).
As a CICC-regulated firm, we are accountable to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. If you believe Dimple Verma, RCIC-IRB, or any VGIS staff member has breached the CICC Code of Professional Conduct, you have the right to file a complaint at no cost.
How to file a complaint with the CICC:
See the full CICC complaints process and fraud prevention resources for more information. This complaint pathway does not restrict any other legal remedy you may have.
All content on the Site — including blog posts, newsletters, video content, social media, AI-tool outputs, and general responses to enquiries — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not immigration, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Canadian immigration law is complex and changes frequently. Program eligibility, processing times, fees, and category-based draws are set by IRCC, provincial governments, and courts, and are outside our control. Information that is accurate on the date of publication may become outdated at any time.
No Guarantee of Outcome: No RCIC, lawyer, paralegal, or Quebec notary can guarantee that an immigration application will be approved. Approval decisions rest solely with IRCC, provincial nomination programs, visa officers, the Immigration and Refugee Board, or the Federal Court. Any past outcomes described in testimonials or case studies do not predict future results. Where we describe likelihood, we are stating our professional opinion based on the current facts and current law — not a guarantee.
VGIS operates several free AI-assisted tools on the Site, including but not limited to the CRS Calculator, NOC Finder AI, AI Letter Generator, OINP eligibility assistants, and blog research assistants. These tools use third-party AI providers, which may include but are not limited to Perplexity AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
By using the AI tools, you acknowledge and agree that:
See our Privacy Policy §7 for how AI inputs are handled.

Report unauthorized listings: If you encounter a third-party website, directory, marketplace, or advertisement offering “free VGIS consultations,” “discount VGIS services,” or any VGIS-branded offer we have not authorized, please report it to immigration@vgis.ca. Such listings are unauthorized and may be fraudulent.
Retainer fees, government fees (paid directly to IRCC or provincial authorities), disbursements, and refund conditions are set out in your signed Retainer Agreement. Government fees are non-refundable once submitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGIS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, the AI tools, the Client Portal, or reliance on any content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to the Site, the AI tools, or any consultation shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid VGIS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $500. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under CICC professional-conduct rules or applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VGIS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site, AI tools, or Client Portal; (c) content you submit that is false, misleading, or infringes another party’s rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
VGIS is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: IRCC portal or GCKey outages, provincial nomination-program system outages, government processing delays, changes to immigration law or policy, cyber-attacks, DDoS events, hosting or cloud-provider outages (including Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Immiboard, Square), power or telecommunications failures, pandemic, epidemic, natural disaster, civil unrest, labour dispute, or act of war. Where a force-majeure event materially affects your file, we will notify you and adjust timelines as reasonably required.
VGIS provides Canadian immigration services only. We do not advise on U.S., U.K., Australian, or any other country’s immigration law. Content or opinions offered about foreign systems are for context only and are not legal advice for those jurisdictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the carve-outs below, you and VGIS submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Brampton or Toronto, Ontario, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the AI tools, or your engagement with VGIS.
Carve-outs:
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance. Where you are an active retainer client, we will notify you by email of any change that materially affects your engagement.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
