1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vgis.ca (the “Website”) or any service, tool, or portal operated by VG Immigration Services Inc. (“VGIS,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “user”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. No RCIC–Client Relationship

Browsing this Website, using our AI tools, submitting a contact form, subscribing to our newsletter, or sending us a message does not create a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) – client, solicitor-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship. A formal relationship is established only after you have:

• completed a paid consultation;
• signed a written retainer agreement with VGIS; and
• paid the agreed retainer fees.

VGIS is operated by Dimple Verma, RCIC-IRB #R708308, licensed in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

3. No Legal or Immigration Advice on Public Content

All public content on this Website — including blog articles, FAQs, draw updates, AI tool outputs, calculator results, social media posts, downloadable guides, and chatbot responses — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, immigration, or professional advice and must not be relied upon for decision-making. Immigration laws, IRCC policies, and provincial programs change frequently. Always confirm current rules on official Government of Canada sources or book a paid consultation with us before acting.

4. AI-Powered Tools (CRS Calculator, NOC Finder, AI Letter Generator, OINP Tools)

VGIS provides free AI-assisted tools as a convenience. These tools use third-party AI providers (including Perplexity AI) and are subject to the following limits:

• Estimates only. CRS scores, NOC matches, and generated letters are estimates. Actual IRCC determinations may differ.
• Rate-limited. Tools enforce per-IP daily quotas to prevent abuse.
• No guarantee of accuracy. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• No confidentiality. Inputs sent to AI tools may be processed by third-party providers under their own privacy terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information you would not enter into a public form.
• Not a substitute for advice. Always have an RCIC-IRB review before submitting anything to IRCC.

5. Client Portal & Document Uploads

Access to our secure Client Portal (powered by Immiboard CRM) is granted only to clients with an active retainer. Acceptable use of the portal:

• Upload only documents related to your active VGIS file.
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where offered.
• Do not share login credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify case@vg-immigration.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not upload malicious files, content infringing third-party rights, or material unrelated to your immigration matter.

VGIS may suspend portal access for misuse, non-payment, or completion of your retainer. See our Privacy Policy for portal data handling, encryption, and retention details.

6. Paid Consultations & Fees

VGIS does not offer free consultations. All consultations are paid services booked through our official booking page. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment occurs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Retainer fees, government fees (IRCC, provincial), and disbursements are billed separately as set out in your retainer agreement.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Website links to and integrates with third-party services including IRCC (canada.ca), provincial PNP portals, Square (payments), Immiboard (CRM), Google reCAPTCHA, Perplexity AI, Meta/Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and others. VGIS is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content — text, graphics, logos, the VGIS branding, code, AI prompts, blog articles, and tools — is owned by or licensed to VGIS and protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may share links freely but may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Government of Canada content referenced on this Website remains the property of the Crown.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGIS, its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost opportunities, refused applications, missed deadlines, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Website, AI tools, Client Portal, or any reliance on Website content. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid VGIS in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $500, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VGIS harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario sitting in Brampton or Toronto. The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) retains regulatory jurisdiction over Dimple Verma’s RCIC-IRB conduct.

12. Changes to These Terms

VGIS may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
