On May 30, 2026, Ontario Regulation 47/26 revoked all nine previously operated Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program streams — including Employer Job Offer: International Student. Ontario now nominates through a single active stream: the Ontario Workforce Priority (OWP).
What replaced this stream?
The Ontario Workforce Priority stream consolidates all previous OINP pathways into a single 130-point framework with three routes: TEER 0-3 Job Offer, TEER 4-5 Job Offer, and Self-Employed Physician.
International graduates with an Ontario job offer now apply through OWP’s TEER 0-3 Job Offer pathway. Recent Ontario graduates within 2 years of completion may qualify for the language test exemption.
