Atlantic Immigration Program: current guidance
The Atlantic Immigration Program is a permanent-residence pathway for eligible skilled workers and international graduates with a qualifying job offer from a designated employer in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island. The former Atlantic Immigration Pilot and its AHSP, AISP and AIGP application streams are closed; use the current program requirements.
- IRCC: Atlantic Immigration Program and eligibility requirements
- Job-offer requirements, designated employers and offer duration
- Education requirements and foreign credential assessments
Education requirements depend on the offered job: TEER 0 or 1 requires at least a one-year post-secondary credential; TEER 2, 3 or 4 requires at least a high-school credential, or the assessed foreign equivalent. Check work experience or the qualifying graduate exemption, language, settlement funds, settlement planning and provincial endorsement in the official instructions. Provincial intake conditions can change.
