OINP Employer Job Offer (In-Demand Skills) — Stream Closed (2026)

Stream Closed — May 30, 2026

This OINP stream is no longer accepting applications

On May 30, 2026, Ontario Regulation 47/26 revoked all nine previously operated Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program streams — including Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills. Ontario now nominates through a single active stream: the Ontario Workforce Priority (OWP).

What replaced this stream?

The Ontario Workforce Priority stream consolidates all previous OINP pathways into a single 130-point framework with three routes: TEER 0-3 Job Offer, TEER 4-5 Job Offer, and Self-Employed Physician.

In-demand skill occupations (TEER 4-5 trades, agriculture, food processing) now apply through the OWP TEER 4-5 pathway, which retains a CLB 4 language minimum and requires a full-time Ontario job offer.

Your next steps

  1. Read the Ontario Workforce Priority guide.
  2. Score your profile with the OWP Score Calculator.
  3. Review the Then vs Now overhaul summary.
  4. Book a consultation with our licensed RCIC.
