OINP Employer Job Offer Streams – July 2025 Portal Changes Explained

Starting July 2, 2025, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will introduce a new Employer Portal that will change how applicants and employers interact. At VG Immigration Services Inc., we help clients navigate these changes and prepare applications that align with the new workflow.

What Is Changing in July 2025?
– Employers must register job offers via the new Employer Portal
– Applicants can only submit EOIs once the employer completes this step
– EOIs will be valid for 12 months
– Auto-withdrawals of existing EOIs on June 21–22, 2025
– Full system downtime June 27–29
– Employer registration begins July 2, 2025

What Employers Need to Do
– Create account on OINP Employer Portal
– Submit job offer details, including NOC, TEER, duties
– Upload proof of business registration, compliance, and wages
– Assign an authorized rep if working with RCIC

What Applicants Should Prepare
– Updated resume
– Job offer letter
– ECA, IELTS, work experience docs
– Be ready to register EOI as soon as employer submits offer
